Rates and Reservations
- Read our cancellation policy before you book
- Standard rates: (April 1 - October 31): $325 per night for double occupancy (holidays excluded), plus $25/night/extra person. Minimum three night stay.
- Off season rates: (Nov. 1 - March. 31) : $200 per night for double occupancy (holidays excluded), plus $25/night/extra person. Minimum two night stay.
- The holiday rate is $350 per night (double occupancy) and $25 per person per night extra, minimum two night stay.
- Sleeps 2-10.
- Children under 1 stay for free.
- Minimum 2 night stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 5% of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or people, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation, plus tax. If we rebook your dates you will receive 100% return.
