This vacation home is located in peaceful, quiet Foresta which is INSIDE of the national park. It is only 7 miles from Yosemite Valley, with stunning views of Yosemite Valley and El Capitan. This is the closest private rental home to the incomparable valley!! Located at 4,200 ft above sea level, Foresta has unsurpassed views of Yosemite Valley and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains. A devastating wildfire swept through the area in 1990 hence the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The area is making a remarkable recovery with thousands of 20 ft. to 40 ft. pine trees and oaks surrounding the homes. EL CAPITAN VIEW is available for nightly rental. It is 1,600sq. ft. and can accommodate no more than 6 guests. This newly constructed two story home is so named after the stunning view of El Capitan from the home. It is also the closest private home to Yosemite Valley, only 6 miles! Enjoy the cool summer evening on the back deck as you watch the moon rise over El Capitan and the surrounding mountains. CANCELLATION POLICY: 5% of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or people, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any reason with less than 30 days notice before your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your original reservation, plus tax. - The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed.
- There are 2 bedrooms. upstairs both with queens. One room has a great view of El Capitan.
- Two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The upstairs is a standard size bathtub Jacuzzi.
- Direct Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, and CD.
- Full kitchen with microwave, gas range and dishwasher

- Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
- Declare extra guests or you will be charged $100.00 per guest per day.
- NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
- Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
- Please leave property in same condition as it was when you arrived or you may be charged a cleaning fee. You must agree to our cleaning fee policy found HERE.
